By accessing or using ComplianceOS ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ComplianceOS provides tools to generate privacy policies, terms of service, and related compliance documents. We do not provide legal advice. The documents generated are templates and should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before use.

3. User Accounts

You may use the Service anonymously for limited features. To access premium features, you must create an account and complete payment. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you input into the Service. ComplianceOS retains ownership of the software, templates, and generated output design. You are granted a license to use the generated documents in accordance with your selected plan.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ComplianceOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service or generated documents.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
